1. Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards and personal care products, are not eligible for return.
